# Quick start for affiliates

## Overview

As an affiliate, all you need to do is refer people to jobs posted on our platform. Every time someone applies to the job and the employer interacts with them, you earn ₱50.00.&#x20;

Note: The people you refer **DO NOT** need to get employed for you to earn.

### **Getting started. Review these 5 quick steps:**

1. [Sign up](https://inten.jobs/sign-up/jobseeker) as a job seeker (Company accounts do not work).
2. Go to the job sections and locate the [Referral Reward](https://inten.jobs/joblistings) job listings.

3. Find a job you think will resonate with your network and click '**Refer and Earn**'.

4. Copy your referral link.

5. Share it across all of your social media channels. See the example post on Facebook below. We also created this list of [popular Social Media Groups](https://airtable.com/appiikxschArppQEP/shr1PEAtehUDSGA0a) you can join to get you started.&#x20;
