What types of jobs can you post
How it works
Inten.jobs uses a crediting system where you spend a credit whenever you want to contact a candidate. We class "contacting a candidate" by you acting either by opening a chat room with them or downloading their resume.
The great news is that all job ads are free to post. The even better news is that we empower your recruitment process by allowing you to qualify candidates before spending any money.
Qualify candidates with their Inten Profile. A typical profile looks like this:
User types
There are only two core users, paid and unpaid. A paid user is a Premium User, and an unpaid user is a Standard User. Both User types create a company account when first signing up, which can have unlimited users free of charge.
Standard User
A Standard User is a company account that has yet to purchase credits. These users cannot access boosted features and are limited to 50 free credits.
Premium User
A Premium User is a company account that has purchased credits. These users get access to all boosted features. Purchasing credits can be done by topping up or by talking with sales and subscribing to an annual plan.

How we bill you
To keep things simple, you can only spend credits in 3 ways. When you spend a credit, this indicates to us that you have qualified them as 'Good for the role' and want to open a discussion with the candidate. Here are the three ways:
When you click 'Chat now'
Doing this will open a chat room on the Inten platform, where you can contact the job seeker and talk with them. You can even call them via audio or video call directly within the chat.
When you click 'Download resume'
Completing this action will automatically download their resume to your device.
When you click 'Downloading all CSV'
When job seekers apply to your job ad, you can download all of them in one click via a CSV file.
Once you have unlocked a candidate's information, it stays unlocked for 30 days. After the 30 days, you will be required to spend another credit.
When you click 'Chat now' or 'Download resume'
These actions can be taken when people apply to your job advert, and you review them individually. They're also used within our talent search.
Each action requires 1 credit, ranging from ₱11 to ₱33 (PHP) each, depending on the plan you choose.
You will be asked to confirm your purchase every time you request one.
When you request to Download all via CSV
This action can only be completed for job seekers who have applied to your job ad.
When downloading via CSV, you will be billed 2 credits per candidate. 1 credit ranges from ₱11 to ₱33 (PHP) each, depending on your chosen plan.
