Downloading Applicants' Information

When downloading applicants' information, you have a few options. You can:

1. Download Individually:

   • This option is available when searching our database or when candidates apply to job ads.

2. Bulk Downloading via a CSV File:

   • This feature is only available for job seekers who apply to your job ad.

3. API Integrations

Download Individually

You can download candidates one by one. To do this, simply download their resumes directly on their profiles or via the View Candidates page:

Bulk Downloading via a CSV File

Some companies want to be able to pull all their applicants in one click, add them to their ATS, and sort them from there. This feature allows you to do.

Information you get from the CSV file:

• First and last name

• Inten profile link

• Resume link

• Phone number

• Email

• Introduction video indicator
